The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe operation of a company vehicle to deliver products to customers efficiently and securely. This position requires physical tasks including manual loading and unloading of delivery trucks, verifying the accuracy and condition of parts being delivered or returned, and collecting payments from customers when necessary. The Delivery Driver must ensure that all delivery documentation is accurate and complete, including obtaining signatures from receiving locations to confirm receipt and condition of the parts. Compliance with company policies, Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) standards is mandatory.
