Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • automotive experience preferred

  • 18 years of age or older

  • ability to withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts

Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the office including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas
  • maintain the daily housekeeping of the production area including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and ensuring tools and equipment are in proper locations
  • maintain parking lots and grounds, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
  • pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning
  • perform exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete
  • transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
