Groome Transportation is currently seeking an Auto Detailer for their Fort Collins location. This role offers a competitive wage of $17 per hour plus tips and is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working hands-on with vehicles and maintaining a professional, clean appearance for company cars. The Auto Detailer will be responsible for thorough cleaning and maintenance of company vehicles to uphold the brand's high standards of presentation and safety. This position also involves assisting with general upkeep of the property and ensuring a safe and organized workspace. The role requires physical stamina due to standing work and outdoor activities, as well as attention to detail to ensure every vehicle looks spotless from interior to exterior.

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in outdoor, standing work, with prior auto experience considered a plus. Duties include washing vehicle exteriors, cleaning windows inside and out without streaks, vacuuming carpets and seats, properly placing seat belts, and performing checklist tasks such as fueling vehicles before washing whenever applicable. Additionally, maintaining fluid levels and tire pressure, alerting management of any vehicle safety or operational issues, and managing inventory of detailing supplies are essential responsibilities.

Aside from vehicle maintenance, the Auto Detailer will support property upkeep by duties such as vacuuming and mopping floors in customer and operational areas, emptying trash, replenishing restroom supplies, and clearing debris and weeds from the property. Flexibility in working varied shifts and the ability to perform other assigned duties as needed are important for success in this role.
