The Auto Claims Representative position offered in Chandler, Arizona, is an exciting entry point for individuals interested in building a rewarding career in insurance claims without prior claims experience. This hybrid role allows employees to work remotely but requires a minimum of two days per month in the office to maintain team engagement and collaboration, along with additional in-person training during the first six months to equip new hires with the essential skills and knowledge.
