Job Description
Liberty Mutual Insurance, a renowned Fortune 100 company, is a global leader in the insurance industry known for its commitment to customer service, innovation, and community involvement. Established with a mission to help people preserve and protect what they earn, Liberty Mutual offers a broad range of insurance products including auto, home, and life insurance. With a customer-centric approach and a culture that values diversity, inclusion, and professional growth, Liberty Mutual provides employees with opportunities for advancement, training, and comprehensive benefits. The company supports flexible work environments and strives to create a workplace where every employee feels valued, supported, and able to thrive.
This position is located in Chandler, Arizona, and requires candidates to reside within 50 miles of the office. It is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per month on-site, with additional in-person training during the first six months. This role offers a competitive salary range that reflects experience, education, skills, and certifications, along with the possibility of commission or bonus earnings based on performance.
Liberty Mutual is currently seeking dynamic and compassionate individuals to join their team as Auto Claims Representatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys the challenge of varied daily responsibilities. No prior claims experience is necessary, as the company provides paid training and licensing to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel.
As an Auto Claims Representative, you will act as a licensed claims adjuster, serving as a vital link between the company and customers who have been involved in auto accidents. You will guide policyholders and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish, ensuring that every claim is managed efficiently, accurately, and with empathy. This requires strong organizational capabilities, excellent time management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to engage sensitively with customers during stressful times.
Your daily tasks will involve communication with customers who have just experienced an accident, helping them understand the claims process and providing reassurance. You will represent the Liberty Mutual brand with integrity and professionalism, demonstrating a genuine commitment to fulfilling promises made to customers. Your role is not only transactional but service-oriented, requiring empathy and reliability.
The successful candidate will be empathetic, customer-focused, and adaptable to different working environments, whether remote or in-office. Integrity and a passion for helping others are foundational qualities for this position, alongside a proactive approach to learning and development. Liberty Mutual fosters an inclusive culture that celebrates diverse perspectives and encourages employees to contribute fully to the business, their communities, and their own professional growth.
