The company is dedicated to making insurance accessible and straightforward for customers while providing meaningful career opportunities in a dynamic and evolving industry.
The Auto Claims Representative position with Liberty Mutual offers an exciting career launch for individuals interested in entering the insurance claims field without prior claims experience. The role is ideally suited to customer service professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoy diverse and challenging workdays.
As a licensed claims adjuster, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling auto insurance claims from start to finish, working closely with customers who have recently experienced an auto accident. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, time management expertise, and a passion for problem-solving. Engaging with customers during a potentially stressful time, the Auto Claims Representative acts as a trusted advisor, guiding insured individuals and claimants through the complex claims process with empathy and professionalism. The position also offers a competitive salary range, influenced by skills, experience, education, certifications, and location, with opportunities for growth, development, and additional compensation through commissions or bonuses where applicable.
