Potential employees must be prepared to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs. The ideal candidate is someone who embraces a professional personal appearance, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors under varying weather conditions. You should be capable of handling physical tasks such as lifting between 25 to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and performing repetitive hand movements regularly. Additionally, basic technology skills like using email, Microsoft Office, and mobile devices are important for this role.

At The Niello Company, you will be part of a team that prioritizes customer satisfaction and internal collaboration. The company supports equal employment opportunity and fosters an inclusive environment where diversity is respected and valued. Employees are expected to follow company policies and work rules diligently, uphold confidentiality, and contribute positively to employee morale. The Niello Company also offers an attractive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, and a variety of other employee benefits that aid in professional and personal well-being.
