Job Duties
- Maintain daily inventory appearance and security while ensuring vehicle zones and parking areas remain organized and optimized for smooth operations
- Document and track incoming and outgoing inventory through shipping and receiving processes to support accurate, transparent vehicle records
- Receive, prepare, and process vehicles—including pairing locators, capturing photos, and securing keys—to ensure readiness for sale or auction
- Support auction operations by assisting with preparation, coordination, and execution activities that enable a seamless experience
- Contribute to new associate training by sharing best practices and reinforcing safety and operational standards
- Complete daily inventory scanning and reconciliation to ensure accurate, real-time visibility of site inventory
- Follow CarMax environmental, health and safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area
