This role is vital as the Auction Coordinator represents the company in live, public foreclosure auctions held mostly in Western Montana, including counties such as Missoula, Ravalli, Flathead, Lake, Mineral, and Granite. The position is part-time with a typical commitment of 4-20 hours per week, usually distributed across at least two days, with occasional additional days as needed. The schedule can vary week to week, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Communication skills are essential because the role demands direct interaction with investors, bidders, management teams, and the public during auction events. The position requires physical attendance at auction sites, so candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to stand for extended periods while working in all weather conditions.
