The Bartender role at Regal Cinemas is an integral part of the concessions team, responsible for ensuring guests receive high-quality beverages promptly and with a smile. This position requires adherence to all laws related to the serving and selling of alcohol, making the bartender role both vital and responsible. The bartender will be trained through a comprehensive cast certification program and is expected to complete all relevant permits, licenses, and responsible beverage service training. With a pay rate of $21.00 per hour, this role offers a competitive hourly wage and the chance to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

In this role, bartenders prepare all alcoholic beverages following company directions, maintain exceptional guest service standards, and assist in operating concessions equipment. Regular training ensures knowledge of legal obligations, emergency protocols, and company promotions, including the Crown Club Program. Bartenders are responsible for handling money, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards. The position also requires knowledge and enforcement of all opening, closing, and interval procedures as well as emergency and security measures. Team members must consistently demonstrate excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-oriented attitude. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent if not currently a high school student
Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist or progress towards completion required
Must be 21 years or older to serve alcohol
Completion of legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate
Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University
Good public speaking skills
Ability to listen effectively and respond clearly and directly
Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
Ability to identify and correct errors
Ability to identify problems, gather relevant data and note possible causes of problems
Ability to perform under pressure and/or opposition
Excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers and management
Ability to establish goals, budget time and set priorities
Ability to stand, walk, sit and use hands frequently
Ability to occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
Ability to see with close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception and focus adjustment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion or progress towards completion of cast certification program
Certification in responsible beverage service training
Strong customer service skills

Job Duties

Preparation of all alcoholic beverages as per company directions
Knowledge of and adherence to all laws and legal obligations regarding the serving of alcohol
Ensure required alcohol certification and training are current
Regular and consistent attendance
Knowledge of all coupons and on-going promotions
Knowledge of and promotion of Crown Club Program
Exceptional guest service skills
Handling of all monies and merchandise including non-saleable and saleable
Operating, preparing and cleaning of all related equipment
Proper use of all concession related storerooms
Proper use of all cleaning materials
Knowledge of all opening, closing and in between show procedures
Knowledge of all emergency, evacuation and robbery procedures
Excellent sales techniques, including up selling and suggestive selling
Knowledge of counterfeit bill procedures
Knowledge of and compliance with all local, state and federal food safety laws
Knowledge and compliance of dress code
Ensuring guest satisfaction - smile, greet, and thank all guests
Responsible for accuracy of cash drawers, inventory, and coupons
Must be knowledgeable of correct popper operation and emergency procedures
Abide by all federal and state laws with regards to breaks and/or meal periods
Completion of or progress towards completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist
Required to read and understand training materials that will cover subjects such as sexual harassment and discrimination
