The bartender position demands regular attendance, knowledge of promotional materials and sales techniques, and a commitment to upholding Regal’s high standards for guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Candidates must also be willing to complete a comprehensive cast certification program and uphold respectful workplace conduct as covered in the training modules, including sexual harassment and discrimination policies. Overall, this is an engaging role for individuals who enjoy working in guest-focused, customer service environments with opportunities to gain valuable experience in hospitality and entertainment.
