The Valet Attendant role at Seaport Hotel is pivotal as it represents the very first and last impression for guests. This position requires an individual who can deliver superior guest service while ensuring the safe and efficient parking of vehicles. Reporting directly to the Director of Guest Services, the valet attendant acts as an ambassador of the hotel's brand, greeting guests with courtesy and professionalism from the moment they arrive. Flexibility in scheduling is crucial since the hotel operates day and night, all year round, including holidays, to meet the fluctuating demands of the hospitality industry.

Key responsibilities include safely operating a wide variety of vehicles, from standard transmission cars to luxury and specialty vehicles, and assisting guests with luggage and directions when necessary. The valet must adhere strictly to established procedures, such as opening vehicle doors, providing valet tickets, documenting any pre-existing vehicle damage, and managing vehicle logs and keys accurately and securely. Beyond vehicular duties, the valet is expected to be well-informed about the Seaport District's shopping, dining, and entertainment options to enhance the guest experience.
