Job Requirements
- Valid Texas Driver's License required
- Ability to maintain cleanliness of assigned areas including restrooms and common grounds
- Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Capability to operate cleaning and waste handling equipment
- Consistent attendance
- Ability to complete daily logs accurately
- Ability to participate in environmental, health, and safety activities
- Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Physical ability to perform manual cleaning tasks
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous cleaning experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to operate cleaning and waste handling equipment safely

Job Duties
- Thoroughly maintain and upkeep cleanliness of assigned area and restrooms
- Utilize chemicals and supplies properly while following safety standards
- Sweep, mop, and water push with squeegee
- Wipe toilets, sinks, urinals, and baby tables
- Change trash and sanitary waste bags
- Dust vents, lights, and stalls
- Replace all paper products
- Prepare and refill chemical bottles
- Clean stainless fixtures and mirrors
- Stock cleaning supplies and paper products
- Operate trash compactor
- Accurately complete daily logs
- Verify proper usage of chemicals and supplies
- Clean out debris in planters
- Wipe down benches
- Perform litter picking
- Empty and reline waste receptacles with trash bags
- Maintain cleanliness of waste receptacles and collection hoppers
- Ensure recycling material is collected and placed in designated areas
- Support recycling material baling and sorting efforts
- Operate company equipment including vehicles, waste handling equipment, pressure washers, and floor equipment safely
- Report maintenance issues for building(s), restrooms, and company equipment
- Complete daily routine maintenance for company equipment including refueling vehicles, cleaning vacuum components, inspecting tow trailers, and inspecting recycling equipment
- Participate in environmental, health, and safety responsibilities following established policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
