Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of previous Front Services experience in a similar or related field
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to obtain Nevada Driver’s License
- Ability to obtain current DMV Record
- Physical ability to lift 75lbs of luggage or packages and push a bell cart weighing up to 500lbs
- Physical ability to withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending, and kneeling without restriction
- Willingness to work outdoors in seasonal heat or cold and inclement weather
- Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in guest-focused roles within high-volume, luxury resort environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Solid organization and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail
- Professional and friendly demeanor, remaining calm under stress
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in English

Job Duties
- Create a memorable arrival and departure experience by escorting guests, handling, delivering, and storing luggage
- Explain hotel and suite facilities and demonstrate guest room technology
- Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests
- Be familiar with hotel services, features, and local attractions to accurately respond to inquiries
- Utilize company devices, equipment, tools, and systems to manage tasks and guest requests
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently, including oversized, manual, automatic, and electric vehicles
- Adhere to Resorts World Las Vegas and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing
- Use personal devices for job-related tasks and document review
- Resolve guests’ concerns and notify the Lead Front Services Attendant of issues beyond authority
- Perform other job-related duties as requested
