Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food preparation preferred
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • ability to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
  • physical stamina to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 25 pounds
  • pass background and drug screening as required by company policy

Job Duties

  • Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers to prepare foods
  • set up and break down workstations with required tools, equipment, and supplies
  • ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnishments according to standards
  • prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality, and presentation standards
  • follow and ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies and procedures
  • welcome and greet guests and anticipate their needs
  • interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
  • contribute to team goals
  • always follow company policies and safety procedures
