- must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- excellent communication skills

- flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
- enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
- adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, internal controls, company policies and procedures, and organizational goals
- assist with training and developing team members
- clean floors, glass surfaces, restrooms, slots and slot bases
- spot clean areas as needed
- execute daily cleaning projects as assigned
- use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer instructions, including using personal protective equipment when required
- restock storage closets daily
- make suggestions for improvements in overall operations with emphasis on increasing guest satisfaction and reducing costs
- perform other duties as assigned
