We are currently hiring for the position of Attendant, Catering (Part Time) at the Catering department located at 2801 Bancroft Street, Toledo, OH 43606. This position is ideal for individuals interested in part-time work with a variable schedule that requires availability on nights and weekends to support the university's event schedule. The role includes a fixed pay rate of $15.00 per hour, and online applications are accepted exclusively. Preferred candidates will have experience in serving and bartending, though training will be provided to ensure smooth onboarding and skill development.

In this role, the Attendant is responsible for delivering and serving food at scheduled catering events, working under the supervision of the catering captain. Responsibilities include accurately executing all event details during their shift, possibly driving a catering delivery truck, setting up and serving at functions, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of event areas. The attendant assembles and delivers food and supplies, ensures proper food temperature logging, arranges tables and decorations, and serves food and beverages to guests with friendly and courteous service. Post-event duties involve cleaning the event location, breaking down setups, returning leftover food, and equipment to the catering facility promptly.

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is crucial, as is following safety and sanitation policies and procedures at all times.
