Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Completion of a satisfactory background check
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and intercollegiate athletics ticketing
- Experience in ticket sales and distribution
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently under time constraints
Job Qualifications
- Skill in setting priorities to reflect job responsibilities
- Ability to make decisions within scope of authority using knowledge of NCAA rules and university policies
- Experience with ticket management including audit procedures, order processing, ticket assignment, and special ticket needs
- Skill in seating assignment and resolving seating requests independently
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with co-workers and customers
- Organizational skills to prioritize and complete assignments without constant supervision
- Ability to work under pressure with conflicting deadlines
- Effective communication skills regarding ticketing policies and procedures
- Preferred skills include data collection methods, personnel supervision, innovative problem solving, business correspondence writing, and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Central Ticket Office's athletic event ticketing
- Manage day-to-day sales and distribution of Olympic Sports event tickets
- Coordinate with athletic event management to obtain necessary ticketing information
- Oversee marketing, sales, promotions, and ticket fulfillment activities
- Upload and manage customer data and lists within the ticketing system
- Generate targeted solicitation lists for phone and email outreach
- Assign sales leads to representatives and maintain customer-sales assignments
- Run reports and support data transfer to development CRM system
