Job Description

B&B Theatres is a leading cinema chain dedicated to providing exceptional entertainment experiences to moviegoers across the country. Known for their commitment to innovation, guest satisfaction, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere, B&B Theatres operates numerous locations that feature modern amenities, cutting-edge technology, and a variety of entertainment options beyond just movies. Their mission is to create magical, meaningful, and memorable experiences that guests cherish and want to revisit time and again. As a company, B&B Theatres emphasizes core values such as family, fun, innovation, joy, and integrity, which shape the way they operate and how employees interact with both guests and one another. These values create a positive work culture where every team member is valued as part of the B&B family and encouraged to contribute to the overall guest experience.

Joining B&B Theatres as a professional bartender offers you an exciting opportunity to be part of an enthusiastic and dedicated team focused on delivering outstanding service. The bartender role is pivotal in creating memorable guest experiences by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and specific guest preferences. This position requires not only technical skills in mixing and garnishing drinks but also a strong ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner. You are expected to take beverage orders with accuracy, offer thoughtful recommendations, and maintain a clean and safe bar environment consistently.

Working at B&B Theatres means thriving in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced atmosphere where evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are a regular part of the schedule. The theatres operate 365 days a year, which means flexibility and availability are key to ensuring that guests always receive top-notch service during peak times and special occasions. Being a bartender here means you will also be responsible for handling cash and card transactions accurately, supporting the team in maintaining bar cleanliness, and upholding compliance with all food safety and quality regulations. The role demands strong physical stamina, as you will often be on your feet, moving and stocking supplies, and managing various tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor.

B&B Theatres supports employees by providing training opportunities such as an online course for responsible alcohol service to ensure that all team members meet legal and safety standards. The company also recognizes the importance of accommodating qualified individuals with disabilities to ensure everyone has the chance to succeed. Overall, working as a bartender at B&B Theatres can be a rewarding career choice for individuals who enjoy social interaction, are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and are committed to contributing toward creating enjoyable entertainment experiences for all guests.
