In this role, associates are responsible for a variety of guest service and support tasks that significantly contribute to guests' comfort and satisfaction during their stay. Duties include delivering requested items such as rollaway beds, cribs, additional linens, toiletries, and other amenities directly to guest rooms. Associates also verify the proper functioning of communication devices like pagers and radios, and they handle the delivery of food, messages, correspondence, packages, flowers, gift items, and more. Maintaining a clean, professional appearance and adhering strictly to company safety policies and procedures is crucial. The role demands physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting objects under 50 pounds, reaching, bending, and accessing tight or elevated spaces, all while ensuring the utmost respect for guest privacy and company property.
