The role available is a full-time, non-management position based in Chicago, Illinois. The position focuses primarily on rooms and guest services operations, offering an hourly wage ranging from $22.70 to $26.50. The position involves ensuring seamless communication throughout the hotel by testing beepers and radios, as well as providing attentive services to guests by delivering requested items such as rollaway beds, refrigerators, toiletries, towels, bathrobes, and complimentary toiletries like toothpaste, razors, and shampoo. Employees also handle the delivery of messages, mail, packages, flowers, sundry, and gift items to guest rooms. Additional duties include assembling orders to go, delivering food and beverages, and assisting guests with special requests, including cribs, linens, and other amenities.

In this role, associates are expected to adhere rigorously to all company policies and procedures, maintain a professional appearance, and uphold confidentiality regarding proprietary information. The position demands physical endurance, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds without assistance, maneuvering through confined spaces, and performing motions such as bending, twisting, and stooping. The role promotes a positive guest experience by welcoming and acknowledging guests, anticipating service needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and maintaining clear, professional communication.
