Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
  • one year of experience in a retail environment preferred
  • six months of supervisory experience preferred
  • frequent walking and standing
  • frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling
  • frequent handling of merchandise and equipment including handheld scanners and pricing guns
  • ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 55 pounds
  • occasional climbing up to six feet using step ladder
  • ability to work in fast-paced and moderate noise level environment
  • occasional exposure to outside weather conditions
  • ability to drive and provide own transportation for bank deposits, meetings and store visits

  • Effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • ability to solve problems and handle various situations
  • good organizational skills with attention to detail
  • ability to read and interpret diagrams, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals
  • proficiency in mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
  • ability to operate cash register and generate reports
  • knowledge of cash, facility, and safety control policies and procedures
  • knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit control
  • ability to drive own vehicle to the bank

Job Duties
