Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage management or related hospitality role
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- excellent communication skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to supervise and motivate a team
- proficiency in budget and cost control

Job Duties
- provide guests and patrons with friendly and professional service
- ensure excellent food quality, strong price value and consistency of execution
- deliver meals in a timely fashion with attention to plating, portion and temperature
- develop ways to improve cost savings and labor retention/associate development
- thoroughly train staff in service sequence and product knowledge
- lead service education through daily line-ups
- headline new server, busser, host, and bartender training programs
- conduct daily evaluation of restaurant service performance
- hold employee discussions and evaluations
- coordinate timely food production
- work with Chef to ensure excellent quality and presentation of all food
- manage selection, pricing strategy, and procurement of liquors and wines
- assist management in creating financial objectives and budget
- execute and enhance annual marketing plan
- meet budget in all areas of cost control
- supervise all non-supervisory service employees
- train employees on proper customer service practices
- carry out supervisory responsibilities according to policies and laws
