Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage management or related hospitality role
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • provide guests and patrons with friendly and professional service
  • ensure excellent food quality, strong price value and consistency of execution
  • deliver meals in a timely fashion with attention to plating, portion and temperature
  • develop ways to improve cost savings and labor retention/associate development
  • thoroughly train staff in service sequence and product knowledge
  • lead service education through daily line-ups
  • headline new server, busser, host, and bartender training programs
  • conduct daily evaluation of restaurant service performance
  • hold employee discussions and evaluations
  • coordinate timely food production
  • work with Chef to ensure excellent quality and presentation of all food
  • manage selection, pricing strategy, and procurement of liquors and wines
  • assist management in creating financial objectives and budget
  • execute and enhance annual marketing plan
  • meet budget in all areas of cost control
  • supervise all non-supervisory service employees
  • train employees on proper customer service practices
  • carry out supervisory responsibilities according to policies and laws
