Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years customer service experience
- 1+ year management experience in a busy restaurant
- passion for craft beer
- ability to work under pressure

- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain

Job Duties
- Manage and train front-of-house staff
- enforce company policies and procedures
- monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback
- oversee daily FOH operations to ensure excellent customer service
- control costs related to beer, wine, and food inventory
- resolve customer complaints and enhance guest experience
- collaborate with General Manager on operational improvements
