Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years customer service experience
  • 1+ year management experience in a busy restaurant
  • passion for craft beer
  • ability to work under pressure
  • strong communication skills
  • problem-solving skills
  • ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain

  • Minimum 3 years customer service experience
  • at least 1 year in a management role at a high-volume restaurant

Job Duties

  • Manage and train front-of-house staff
  • enforce company policies and procedures
  • monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback
  • oversee daily FOH operations to ensure excellent customer service
  • control costs related to beer, wine, and food inventory
  • resolve customer complaints and enhance guest experience
  • collaborate with General Manager on operational improvements
