Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in customer service
- 1-2 years experience in cash handling
- 1-2 years experience in supervisory skills
- valid driver’s license required
- ability to supervise staff
- ability to prioritize work duties
- ability to provide prompt and friendly customer service
- ability to perform stock and inventory duties
Job Qualifications

- successfully completes Sales Associates Training Class
- on-the-job training provided by the Store Manager
- on-the-job computer training
- valid driver’s license
- 1-2 years experience in customer service
- 1-2 years experience in cash handling
- 1-2 years experience in supervisory skills
- ability to supervise staff and coordinate work assignments
- ability to prioritize work duties
- ability to provide prompt, friendly and quality customer service
- ability to perform stock and inventory duties
Job Duties
- Supervises sales associates and assigns duties in the absence of the Store Manager
- ensures store operates according to company policies and standards
- assists in processing daily paperwork
- assists in conducting inventory, placing orders, and processing merchandise
- provides quality customer service by greeting customers
- performs cashiering duties adhering to cash policy
- follows security and safety procedures
- checks in new merchandise timely
- performs stocking and pricing duties
- maintains a clean store environment
- conducts weekly price surveys
- attends manager’s meetings and monthly store meetings
- covers sales associate shifts if necessary
- completes price changes
- assists other stores as assigned
- performs other duties as assigned
- works at other store locations
