Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in managing a restaurant or similar food service establishment
- ability to manage a large team and multiple priorities
- strong organizational skills
- excellent customer service orientation
- capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- ability to handle cash and maintain financial accuracy

- ability to forecast food usage and control inventory
- experience with cash management and financial reporting

Job Duties
- Manages a staff of approximately 3 to 50 employees
- assigns, oversees and evaluates work
- recommends promotion, transfer, or termination of employees based on performance
- provides on-the-job training for new employees
- delegates and is responsible for ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies
- supervises preparation, sales, and service of food
- forecasts food items to avoid shortages
- ensures world-class customer service
- routes deliveries and serves drivers to maximize delivery business and speed
- completes and oversees daily food preparation and closing procedures
- executes systems and procedures with 100 percent integrity
- completes daily and weekly paperwork
- responsible for cash drawers at all times
- receives and stores product
- audits previous shift's systems and procedures
- completes preventive maintenance and upkeep on store's equipment
- performs other related duties as requested
