In this role, the Assistant Food Service Manager assists in supervising kitchen activities according to established policies and procedures, stepping in to open the kitchen and lead operations in the absence of the Food Service Manager. The role also involves cash handling duties, including assisting with cash operations, preparing monthly reports, time sheets, production records, and bank deposits.
