The Assistant Food Service Director role based in Elkhart, Indiana, is a full-time, onsite position within the corrections segment. This role is crucial for overseeing culinary operations, safety and sanitation standards, and overall food service management at correctional facilities. The Assistant Food Service Director will be responsible for recruiting, training, and retaining an extensive team that includes chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering staff.
