- At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role
- At least two years’ foodservice experience
- Proven track record of financial responsibility
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills

Job Duties
- Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams
- Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service
- Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner
- Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees
- Overseeing culinary, safety, and sanitation operations to comply with standards
- Managing financial aspects and budgets related to food service operations
- Collaborating with school administration to align dining services with school culture and needs
