Financial oversight duties include managing labor schedules, controlling costs of goods sold, analyzing financial data, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting. Collaboration across departments such as Sales, Banquets, and Front Office is also essential, especially in coordinating events and group services.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field, complemented by at least three years of leadership experience in food and beverage operations, particularly within restaurant, bar, or banquet settings. Key skills include strong leadership and communication abilities, expertise in food safety and sanitation standards, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and food and beverage management software. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs is expected.
