Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field or a 4-year college degree or a 2-year college degree and 1 or more years of related experience
- supervisory experience required
- proficient in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets and word processing
- able to work long hours

Job Duties
- Attend all guest, manager, and employee interactions attentively and courteously
- respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, complaints, and issues
- motivate, coach, counsel, and discipline housekeeping personnel per company standards
- ensure compliance with training and standard operating procedures
- maintain regularly scheduled cleaning programs and checklists for each position
- manage housekeeping equipment and inventory
- ensure safety and risk management standards are followed
- inspect rooms daily including VIP rooms prior to arrival
- maintain cleanliness to company standards in all areas
- order and manage housekeeping and laundry supplies inventory
- monitor guest privacy and security procedures
- communicate and coordinate with other departments including Engineering and Guest Services
- conduct pre-shift meetings and facilitate staff training
- manage large turnover days and ensure work order completion
- balance room status reports and support payroll and scheduling
- uphold company policies, purchase order procedures, and maintain professional relationships
- manage communications via pagers and radios
- maintain lost and found and key control systems
- focus department efforts on guest service scores and satisfaction
- document and maintain organized records related to housekeeping operations
- oversee valet laundry processes
- ensure timely completion of maintenance and cleaning projects
- maintain a warm, friendly demeanor at all times
- perform other duties as assigned by management
