Job Description

Our company is a leading organization dedicated to managing and supporting a diverse portfolio of state associations, communities, and member-driven programs. We operate with a commitment to providing high-quality services that foster engagement, value, and sustainable growth across the various associations we serve. As a prominent association management entity, we focus on creating meaningful partnerships, driving strategic initiatives, and enhancing member experiences through innovation and collaboration. Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals who work in a hybrid environment based in Denver, combining the flexibility of remote work with the benefits of in-person collaboration. We value autonomy, creativity, and a results-driven approach, aiming to deliver significant impact within the association and nonprofit sectors.

The Association Manager role we are currently seeking to fill is a pivotal position within our organization. This role demands a strategic and operational leader responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of state associations, communities, or member-driven programs. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to state volunteer leadership, translating high-level organizational strategies into actionable plans that deliver engagement, member value, and growth. Operating autonomously, this position leads cross-functional efforts, oversees program budgets, ensures governance compliance, and partners closely with internal teams to maintain consistent and exceptional member experiences.

This hybrid position, based in Denver, offers a competitive total rewards package with a salary range of $95,000 to $115,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Key responsibilities include day-to-day management of associations and programs, serving as a liaison to volunteer leaders and boards, strategic planning and execution, financial oversight, governance support, and vendor management. The Association Manager will also collaborate with internal teams from marketing, education, membership, finance, and technology to integrate and enhance programs and services. While there are no direct supervisory duties associated with this role, the position requires experienced leadership in managing stakeholders and volunteer-driven governance bodies. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact multiple state associations, helping to shape and grow influential networks within our community while supporting the professional development of volunteer leaders.
