Job Requirements
- Previous event, wedding, or special events experience strongly preferred
- Passion for weddings, celebrations, and creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor
- Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends for weddings/events as needed
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Use event planning software such as Aisle Planner to manage detailed event logistics
- Support planning and execution of bridal showers, bach setups, styled events, and community activations
- Contribute creative ideas and input to company growth initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth event operations
- Manage time efficiently and multitask to meet event deadlines
- Maintain professionalism and polished communication in all client interactions
- Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required
