Petco is currently seeking a dedicated full-time Veterinarian to join its Vetco Total Care Full-Service Veterinary Hospitals located in Walnut Creek, California. This role involves direct hands-on veterinary care using state-of-the-art equipment such as ultrasound machines, heated hydraulic surgery tables, and digital radiography. The Veterinarian is expected to deliver exceptional patient care, including physical examinations, diagnostics, preventive care, surgical procedures, dental work, and hospital care for both day and overnight patients. The Veterinarian will be responsible for problem-solving and clinical decision-making guided by standard operating procedures and under the supervision of the Hospital Medical Leader or Area Medical Director. Financially, the position offers a competitive salary ranging from $103,600 to $220,000 annually, depending on experience, location, and other factors.
