Associate, Venue Infrastructure Delivery

The Associate, Venue Infrastructure Delivery, is a vital role within the Venues and Infrastructure (VNI) team, which focuses on delivering venues that are not only functional and innovative but also accessible and sustainable. This role is part of the broader Sport and Games Delivery group and is tasked with supporting the planning and coordination of venue design across multiple venue projects. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Venue Infrastructure Delivery, the Associate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure venue designs meet all technical and operational requirements while aligning with the overall Games timeline.

In this position, candidates will leverage their project management expertise to monitor and track project milestones, support team coordination, assist with the preparation of workshops and presentations, and manage cross-functional communication. The role requires excellent organizational skills, a detail-oriented work approach, and strong interpersonal abilities. Candidates should be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities may shift and require flexibility.

The position is hourly and non-exempt, with a competitive pay range of $30.29 to $40.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications. LA28 does not provide relocation assistance for this role. The successful candidate will be based in Los Angeles and must be willing to work on-site and travel to venues as needed, particularly as the Games approach.
