As an Associate Talent & Experience Program Specialist at Casey’s, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise talent, leadership, and engagement initiatives. This full-time role is ideal for individuals who enjoy organizing, coordinating projects, and enhancing processes to create high-quality, scalable programs that impact the entire organization. You will be responsible for executing talent and experience programs with a focus on data-driven decision making, ensuring consistent application of best practices throughout the enterprise. Your efforts will involve developing and maintaining valuable program resources such as templates, toolkits, guides, and documentation, facilitating a streamlined and repeatable process. Partnering closely with Human Resources teams, you will support alignment and integration of talent and leadership practices, helping Casey’s maintain its competitive edge in attracting and retaining top talent. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities to track, analyze, and report on various program metrics including participation rates, feedback, and tool usage. Casey’s offers a starting hiring salary range of $23.75 to $31.25 per hour, with actual pay reflective of the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and education. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field or equivalent work-related experience
  • Prior experience supporting or delivering HR, talent, experience, or people-related programs
  • Exposure to enterprise talent, leadership, performance, development, or employee experience initiatives
  • Working knowledge of HR programs, enterprise practices or organizational HR standards
  • Ability to plan and execute work independently within a defined scope while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret feedback and data to inform decisions
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Service-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with HR partners and business leaders
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Work if primarily performed in an office setting
  • Occasional travel for stakeholder workshops, vendor coordination, or program deployments, as needed
  • Less than 10 percent of the time

Job Duties

  • Execute assigned enterprise talent, leadership, performance, development, experience or insights initiatives within defined scope and timelines
  • Develop, maintain and update program resources and tools such as templates, toolkits, guides, and process documentation
  • Support consistent application of modern talent, leadership, and experience practices across the organization
  • Partner with HR teams to support alignment and integration of talent, leadership, and experience practices
  • Maintain accurate program documentation and records to support reliable, repeatable enterprise processes
  • Track, analyze, and report on program metrics including participation, completion, feedback, and tool usage to support evaluation and continuous improvement
  • Perform other duties as assigned
