Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent work-related experience
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships based on transparency and mutual respect, both internally and externally
- Self-motivated, engaged, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Ability to apply recruiting best practices and techniques to assigned requisitions and projects
- Ability to utilize experience and knowledge to recommend sound decisions

Job Duties
- Manage entire candidate lifecycle in terms of scheduling virtual interviews, viewing pre-recorded video interviews, follow-up communication, and act as the primary point of contact for information and assistance through the interview process
- Make hiring decisions to support assigned area of stores
- Lead bi-weekly data-driven meetings with field leaders to ensure understanding of new position and structure
- Ensure leaders are knowledgeable on recruiting and onboarding process
- Make basic recommendations regarding compensation to hiring leaders
- Craft offer letters
- Perform other duties as assigned
