Job Duties
- Produce a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes from complex combinations of ingredients according to standardized recipes
- Learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Multitask across roles including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation
- Operate, clean, and troubleshoot specialized kitchen equipment
- Identify and correct ingredients or finished products that do not meet quality standards immediately
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards of the work area
- Prepare for semi-annual health department and external regulatory inspections
- Create personalized experiences for customers with knowledge of products and accuracy
- Perform service recovery when products do not meet customer expectations
