With a firm commitment to inclusivity and respect for diversity, the company fosters a dynamic and supportive work environment where employees are valued as individuals and empowered to contribute meaningfully to the mission of advancing health for humanity.
The role of Early Intervention Associate Sales Consultant (EI-ASC) is an exciting opportunity within the DePuy Synthes portfolio, a vital part of Johnson & Johnson MedTech specializing in Orthopaedics. This position is focused on delivering sales and clinical support for a range of cutting-edge treatments in the Early Intervention segment, including biologics and non-surgical solutions for sports medicine and osteoarthritis. The EI-ASC plays a crucial role in driving market growth by supporting existing and new accounts within a defined geographic territory, working closely with surgeons, sports medicine physicians, rheumatologists, and other healthcare professionals.
As part of a specialized sales team, the EI-ASC is responsible for maintaining and expanding market share by providing exceptional product knowledge, clinical expertise, and outstanding customer service. This position demands a proactive and strategic approach to account management, including developing tailored plans to promote product adoption and differentiation against competitors. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders and to navigate a complex healthcare environment.
This is a full-time, commission-based role with an anticipated salary range of $54,000 to $86,250 per year. Johnson & Johnson offers generous benefits including vacation, sick time, holidays, parental leave, and various types of leave to support work-life balance. The position involves extensive travel within the assigned territory, requiring flexibility and commitment to meeting clients' needs and supporting Peak PRP cases. The EI-ASC will work under the guidance of a Regional Manager and alongside Sales Consultants, playing an integral part in advancing the goals of the Early Intervention team.
Johnson & Johnson is committed to diversity, equal opportunity, and an inclusive hiring process that accommodates candidates’ needs. The company emphasizes a clear, respectful, and thorough recruitment experience, providing feedback and support throughout all stages. As part of an upcoming strategic separation, this position will eventually transition to DePuy Synthes, a standalone orthopaedics company, with continued employment under DePuy Synthes’ policies and benefits.
Joining Johnson & Johnson as an Early Intervention Associate Sales Consultant offers a chance to grow professionally in a reputable organization devoted to transforming orthopaedic care and improving patient lives worldwide. Enthusiastic candidates who enjoy working in a results-oriented environment and have a passion for patient care and medical innovation will find this role rewarding and impactful.
