The role of a AAA Retail Travel Agent invites enthusiastic, sales-driven individuals who are passionate about travel and possess excellent customer service abilities to join their vibrant sales team. This is a full-time position located at the Rockville, MD store, offering a competitive hourly wage between $18.82 and $29.31, with the potential to earn monthly incentives averaging from $550 to $1,100 after approximately six months of employment. The position features a consistent work schedule with no Sundays, operating Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM, totaling a 37.5-hour work week.

As a AAA Retail Travel Agent, you will be crafting unforgettable travel experiences for clients by leveraging your own travel insights to guide and inspire prospective travelers. Your role will involve building lasting relationships that transform occasional customers into loyal champions of AAA travel services. You will utilize AAA's established travel strategy to maximize your sales potential and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies during the booking process. Education is a pivotal part of the role, as you will provide clients with information on exclusive travel benefits and manage resolution of customer concerns under supervision.
