Job Duties
- maintain fast, accurate service and positive guest relations
- ensure products meet company quality standards
- serve as role model in resolving customer issues
- train managers and crew on customer service standards
- track and resolve customer complaints
- ensure food safety standards are met
- develop and drive annual operating plan
- analyze sales, labor, inventory and controllable accounts
- take corrective action to meet margin and sales targets
- train and mentor subordinates on financial analyses
- develop store CAPEX requests
- maintain facilities and equipment to company standards
- monitor inventory, food preparation and order fulfillment
- establish and monitor restaurant speed with service targets
- oversee weekly management and crew schedules
- direct restaurant level HR activities including hiring, learning zone execution, performance management, compensation, and employee relations
- provide hands-on training to management staff
- develop staffing plans
- manage work environment adherence to workplace regulations
