Job Duties

  • Drive excellence in customer service
  • Maintain company standards in product and facility specifications
  • Supervise food handling procedures and operational processes
  • Exercise shift-to-shift financial control to meet profit margin targets
  • Perform hands-on operational duties and ongoing employee training
