Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Drive excellence in customer service
- Maintain company standards in product and facility specifications
- Supervise food handling procedures and operational processes
- Exercise shift-to-shift financial control to meet profit margin targets
- Perform hands-on operational duties and ongoing employee training
- Resolve customer complaints and model appropriate skills and behaviors
- Develop and monitor staffing plans and direct crew sourcing activities
