The role of Associate Project Manager, PMO Capabilities & Portfolio Enablement, based in New York with a hybrid work model, is a pivotal position within Bel Brands' Strategy & Transformation team. This unlimited-term contract role offers an annual base salary ranging from $95,000 to $105,000, with a 10% bonus opportunity, making it a competitive and rewarding career option. Reporting directly to the Vice President of PMO, the Associate Project Manager will play a crucial part in evolving the Project Management Office's operating model by developing capabilities, enhancing processes, and strengthening portfolio visibility across various business areas.

The Associate Project Manager will assist in translating business needs into practical tools, documentation, and routines while supporting structured learning and coaching initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing action trackers, preparing meeting materials, documenting processes, supporting governance routines, and driving tool adoption across platforms such as OTOS, Power BI, Microsoft Planner, OneNote, Loop, Copilot, and Excel.
