Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years of marketing experience preferably in hospitality
  • proficiency in microsoft office suite
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to work in a hybrid environment with approximately two days onsite per week at phoenix headquarters
  • ability to work monday through friday, 8am to 5pm arizona time
  • ability to travel up to 10% of work time
  • this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years related experience in marketing or the hospitality industry
  • bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • familiarity with email personalization platforms such as movable ink and liveclicker
  • familiarity with adobe creative cloud and marketing cloud products including adobe journey optimizer and customer journey analytics
  • digital asset management proficiency
  • effective written and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency in microsoft office
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • excellent time management and organizational abilities

Job Duties

  • support the development, scheduling, QA, and approval of email marketing campaigns
  • maintain campaign calendars and coordinate timelines with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • coordinate with the call center to ensure they are fully informed on active and upcoming loyalty promotions
  • monitor questions or feedback from the call center to identify potential gaps in promotion clarity or customer experience
  • generate marketing plans, proposals, and promotions to meet program or project requirements
  • develop and implement recommendations and creative strategies to achieve marketing goals
  • coordinate, research, and develop presentation, communication, and promotional materials
  • manage asset collection and deadlines for seasonal promotions and campaign launches
  • coordinate promotional efforts with members, clients, and the marketing team
  • develop advertising messaging to build brand identity and influence buying decisions
  • analyze data to assess market variances, marketing initiative, and promotional performance
  • make, present, and defend recommendations
  • manage smaller or simpler projects, programs, or processes
  • maintain quality service by following company standards
