This role is for the Private Equity Fund Services Associate position within Baker Tilly's Private Equity Fund Services team. Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- CPA license or in process preferred
- 0-1 year of experience with a public accounting firm, investment bank, or financial services industry or general interest in supporting private equity fund operations and accounting

Job Duties
- Record daily journal entries and review cash reporting
- prepare quarterly and annual reporting packages for management approval
- prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for management approval
- prepare capital calls and distributions for management approval
- coordinate delivery of capital call and distribution notices to clients and investors
- prepare and review correspondence with client investors to address inquiries
- manage client investor portals
- coordinate and complete special projects as directed by management
- perform other duties as assigned
