Job Description
Learfield is a leading sports marketing company specializing in collegiate sports properties. The company partners with universities and sports organizations to deliver exceptional marketing and sponsorship solutions, enhancing the fan experience and driving revenue through effective partnerships and event activations. With a broad network across NCAA Division I athletics, Learfield has established itself as a trusted and innovative leader in the sports marketing industry, helping institutions maximize their brand presence and engagement with sports fans nationwide.
This part-time Associate Coordinator role at Learfield offers an exciting opportunity to support on-campus operations for one of our prestigious Sports Properties. This position is vital to delivering on partnership commitments and ensuring smooth game day execution, sponsorship fulfillment, and administrative operations. The role requires a highly organized and dependable individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and event-driven environment. As an Associate Coordinator, you will serve as a professional and positive representative of Learfield on campus, maintaining strong working relationships with university partners and ensuring that all interactions reflect positively on both the property and the school.
Key responsibilities include supporting the execution of sponsorship elements to ensure activation and client satisfaction, assisting with game day and event operations such as setting up in-venue signage, hospitality areas, suites, and promotional displays. The Coordinator also supports the fulfillment of on- and off-field/court sponsorship activations, including displays, promotional handouts, and contests. This role involves preparing proposals and presentations using PowerPoint, utilizing proprietary systems for reporting, data entry, and basic analysis, as well as communicating effectively with athletics staff, promotions personnel, and the Sports Properties team. Additional responsibilities include providing general office and administrative support, assisting with game day program sales, and supporting additional projects as needed.
This role demands strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while maintaining a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, along with familiarity with social media platforms, is essential. The position requires reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work during evenings and weekends to support athletic events.
Learfield offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a health savings account, life insurance, flexible paid time off, parental leave, paid holidays, a 401(k) plan with company match, and disability insurance. This part-time opportunity provides a meaningful chance to engage with collegiate sports, develop professionally, and be part of an industry-leading organization committed to diversity and equal employment opportunity.
