The role of Associate Coordinator at Learfield is a part-time, campus-based position designed to support day-to-day operations related to game day and event management within collegiate athletics settings. This role is essential to the success of the athletic property, ensuring seamless execution of marketing promotions, hospitality events, and communications that uphold client satisfaction and operational excellence. The Associate Coordinator will assist with a wide range of activities, from setting up in-venue signage and managing promotional materials to preparing presentations and data reports. Job Duties

  • assist with game day and event operations and management including set up of select in-venue signage hospitality events suites and game day displays
  • fulfillment of on and off-field court promotions for corporate sponsors displays promotional handouts contests etc
  • preparation of proposals presentations using PowerPoint
  • use of proprietary company system to assist with creating reports providing analysis market research filing and data entry
  • communication with various departments of athletics and promotions personnel as well as sports properties sales staff some direct communication with clients partners
  • office and administrative support
  • assist with game day program sales
  • handle other miscellaneous duties and projects as needed
