Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- minimum two years of operations management experience preferred
- minimum two years of employee or assistant management experience preferred
- experience in restaurant management preferred
- experience in property management preferred
- strong organizational and leadership abilities
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- ability to work in a field-based role in Boise, ID
- flexible schedule including weekends as needed
Job Qualifications
- Two years of experience in operations management preferred
- two years of experience in employee management or assistant management preferred
- two years of experience in restaurant management preferred
- two years of experience in property management preferred
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency with data analysis and KPI reporting
- basic knowledge of facility maintenance and repair
- ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Lead and train a facility team with scheduling, training, and performance management
- manage order fulfillment and deliver excellent customer service
- manage janitorial team and uphold cleaning and sanitation protocols ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment fostering teamwork and communication
- lead facility tours and sales pitches engaging prospective restaurant partners
- develop and maintain internal relationships and identify value-added opportunities for customers
- serve as primary contact for restaurant partners, build and maintain trust, and resolve issues
- oversee onboarding for new partners including permits, online delivery setup, and launch planning
- manage partner experience to prevent churn and extend lifecycle
- participate in planning sessions using data for decision making
- review and report KPI metrics and contribute to goal setting
- manage and report facility profit and loss understanding key profitability drivers
- conduct routine inspections and maintenance audits on HVAC, refrigeration, water heaters, and ice machines
- perform general upkeep and minor repairs
- coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance
