The Associate Manager role at Towne Park is designed for individuals passionate about hospitality and leadership. This position is responsible for managing client, customer, and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne Park location. The role requires overseeing guest and patient services, handling staff management duties including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and when necessary, disciplinary actions. The Associate Manager ensures optimal labor allocation to meet business demands, manages financial reporting, and addresses customer concerns promptly to maintain high service standards. This position requires a hands-on approach where the manager may also participate in guest services such as valet parking, bell services, or door assistance during busy periods.
Key operational responsibilities include maintaining a strong relationship with client staff, understanding and meeting client objectives, and ensuring the team consistently exceeds service expectations. The role demands strong leadership capabilities to foster employee engagement and development through coaching, training, and recognition of good performance. Additional duties involve overseeing business metrics, including forecasting, productivity, revenue reconciliation, scheduling, and compliance with safety and security protocols. This position offers an annual base salary range of $55,000 to $65,000, with potential eligibility for annual incentive bonuses based on job classification and policy guidelines. Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Minimum one year of related hospitality experience
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make day-to-day operational decisions
- Commitment to customer service excellence
- Ability to handle physical job demands including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to travel up to 10 percent
- Ability to work in varied weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
