Job Description
Towne Park is a leading hospitality services company dedicated to creating exceptional experiences through outstanding guest and client service. With a focus on providing memorable moments, especially in healthcare and hospitality environments, Towne Park operates with the mission of making a positive impact on millions of patients, visitors, and guests every day. Established with a commitment to quality and compassion, the company emphasizes the importance of compassionate service that eases the anxiety of patients and their families, ensuring every touchpoint radiates care and professionalism. Towne Park’s culture revolves around making a difference by consistently creating smiles, not just fulfilling job responsibilities. This ethos extends to all aspects of the organization, fostering an environment where employees are encouraged to grow, collaborate, and thrive while delivering exemplary customer experiences.
The role of Associate Manager at Towne Park is a pivotal leadership position responsible for maintaining high levels of client, customer, and associate satisfaction at designated locations. As an Associate Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and ensure that guest and patient services are delivered with exceptional quality and consistency across all shifts. This includes managing associates, planning and delegating work, appraising performance, and handling financial management duties such as forecasting and revenue reconciliation. The position requires a hands-on approach, with occasional involvement in direct guest services such as valet parking, bell services, and door assistance to maintain service excellence.
In this role, the Associate Manager acts as a bridge between the client and Towne Park’s team, cultivating strong relationships with client staff to align with their service standards while integrating Towne Park’s own high standards. You will be tasked with motivating and developing the associate team by providing training, coaching, and performance feedback. Additionally, you will play a significant role in the recruitment and hiring process to ensure the best candidates join the team. The position demands strong business acumen to monitor key metrics related to productivity, customer service, and financial performance, ensuring all operational goals are met effectively.
Towne Park offers competitive and fair compensation based on experience, skills, and location, alongside potential eligibility for annual incentive bonuses. Employees benefit from comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options, as well as accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and telemedicine coverage. Basic life insurance and disability benefits are company-paid. The company also supports employees’ future financial security with a 401k retirement savings plan. Paid time off accrual, paid holidays, and floating holidays make up part of the overall benefits package, supporting work-life balance. Towne Park promotes a safe and inclusive working environment with accommodations for disabilities and a strong emphasis on safety protocols and training.
This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to sit or stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are mandatory. The Associate Manager will be frequently required to interact effectively across diverse settings, utilizing strong communication, leadership, and technical skills. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, driving team success, and making a meaningful impact in hospitality, this role with Towne Park provides an excellent opportunity to advance your career while positively influencing the community and people you serve.
